1. WHAT YOU'RE BUYING
Access to the Datacenter Safety Fundamentals online course: 12 modules, approximately 16 hours of data-center-specific safety training, through the DCSA student portal.

2. WHAT YOU EARN
Completing the course earns a DCSA Certificate of Completion — proof you finished the training. It is not a license, regulatory certification, guarantee of competence, or authorization to perform any task.

3. ACCESS
Portal access is set up manually, normally within one business day of verified payment. We do not promise instant enrollment.

4. PRICE
Individual enrollment: $299 USD. 10-seat team package: $2,990 USD (10 x $299).

5. FOUNDING STUDENT STATUS
The first 50 individual buyers receive Founding Student status. Recognition only; no additional bonuses unless stated in writing by DCSA.

6. REFUNDS
Individual purchases: You may request a full refund before DCSA issues training-portal access. After access is issued, you may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase if no course module has been completed. Once any module has been completed, the enrollment is nonrefundable, except for duplicate billing, a technical access failure DCSA cannot resolve within two business days, or rights required by applicable law. Send requests from the purchase email to charlie@datacentersafetyacademy.com with your Wix order number. No refund is based on failure to obtain a job, certification, license, qualification, or employer authorization.

Team and enterprise purchases: Unassigned and unactivated seats may be cancelled for a refund within 7 calendar days of payment. Once a seat has been assigned to a participant and course access has been activated, that seat is non-refundable. For larger enterprise agreements, refund, cancellation, substitution, and payment terms may be established separately in the applicable order form or agreement.

7. ONE SEAT = ONE PERSON
Individual enrollments are for a single named student; no shared logins. Team seats are assigned to named individuals. An unused seat may be reassigned at DCSA's discretion before the original participant materially begins the course.

8. OUR CONTENT
All course materials are DCSA property. No copying, redistribution, resale, or republishing.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DCSA's total liability is limited to the amount paid. Training supports, but does not replace, your employer's safety program, site procedures, and professional judgment.
